Terms of Use
These terms describe our music and lyrics generation services, accounts, credits, storage periods, and commercial-use permissions. Updated October 14, 2026.
1. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Generation services
The tools submit your prompts, lyrics, and settings to generation providers. Sign-in is required for generation. Completed outputs can be viewed in My Creations. Public sample audio is separate from the content generated for your requests.
3. Your account
If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share another person’s account or attempt to access information that does not belong to you. Public sample audio can be played without an account.
4. Your writing and other input
You retain any rights you already hold in your original lyrics and other material. Only enter material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your input respects copyright, privacy, and other applicable rights. Keep your own copy of any writing you want to preserve.
5. Samples and commercial use
Free accounts do not include commercial-use rights. Paid subscriptions and one-time credit-pack purchases include commercial use of generated music. This policy covers generated music and lyrics, not the public sample recordings. Listening to a sample does not grant commercial rights to that sample. You remain responsible for obtaining permission for third-party material you provide.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights, harass or impersonate people, distribute unlawful material, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the service. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or obtain another user’s data.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are available through the pricing page. Review the price, credit allowance, billing period, and checkout terms before purchasing. The generation interface displays the applicable credit cost before submission. Free-account daily credits do not include commercial-use rights.
8. Availability and results
The service is provided as available and may experience errors or interruptions. Generated results may vary in structure, duration, and suitability for your project. Commercial-use permission does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or eligibility for copyright protection. Review outputs before publishing and download important files before their stated storage expiry.
9. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies the latest revision. For support, billing questions, or questions about commercial-use permissions, email contact@aimusicgen.app.
How long are generated songs stored?
Generated songs are kept for 7 days on Free, 30 days on Basic, 180 days on Standard and 365 days on Pro, measured from the generation task's creation. Monthly and annual billing use the same storage periods. Each song keeps the deadline assigned when it was created; buying credits or changing plans does not automatically extend it. At expiry, site playback, downloads and shared listening stop; physical file deletion runs separately in the background. Download important songs first.
Are my uploaded originals saved?
Currently, uploaded original audio is stored temporarily for processing and is not offered as a reusable audio library. Free accounts do not include original-audio saving. Planned saving for active subscriptions is Basic 30 days, Standard 180 days and Pro 365 days, but this feature is not available yet. One-time credit packs do not include original-audio saving. Keep your own copy of every original.
Do credit packs expire?
Pack credits do not expire. Buying a pack does not change your subscription plan, concurrency or existing song deadlines, and does not include original-audio saving. Without an active subscription, newly generated songs are kept for 7 days. Commercial-use eligibility is separate from storage benefits.
